I accompany organizations and private individuals through challenging phases. Whether dealing with professional or personal issues, alone or in groups - in my psychological training sessions and individual coaching, I combine my in-depth knowledge of positive psychology, mental health and personal development with practical methods from systemic business coaching. Together, my clients and I develop goals and strategies to achieve these goals.
